Every fee is confirmed to you in writing before any engagement begins. Every external cost (government fees, valuation, notarisation, translation, third-party counsel) is reconciled against actual receipts. We do not accept developer commissions, broker fees, or any payment from third parties. Our compensation comes from clients only.

If a project is not in your interest, we say so. If a property is overpriced, we walk away from the commission. If a residence-permit application has a real risk of refusal, we tell you before you spend the application fee. Many advisory firms in this space pretend the answer is always yes. Our partners have lived and worked in Turkey for years. Yiman Liu trained as a lawyer in China before moving to Turkey.
