Turchina Group is a boutique advisory firm based in Istanbul, built specifically for Chinese clients. Our partners have been on the ground in Turkey for years; we work day-to-day with independent Turkish lawyers, chartered accountants, real-estate specialists, and M&A advisors.
Our story
Turchina Group was founded in Istanbul to fill a simple gap: more and more Chinese companies and families are looking at Turkey, but very few firms genuinely understand both Chinese culture and the way Turkish law and business actually work.
Our partners live in Turkey and have built lasting working relationships with local law firms, banks, the land registry, the migration directorate, and the tax authorities. Every engagement is led from start to finish by a Mandarin-speaking partner. The decisions you make are not filtered through translators.
Our clients are entrepreneurs after a second passport, listed Chinese groups doing M&A or trade in Turkey, and families relocating to Istanbul. Doing each one well is the only growth strategy we believe in.

Founder of Turchina Group. Chinese-qualified lawyer background with an LLM from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. Bridges Chinese clients to the Turkish market with first-hand cross-border legal and operational experience.
Investment Advisor
Investment advisor at Turchina Group. MSc Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE) and BSc Business Management from Boğaziçi University. Licensed Turkish real-estate broker and registered Turkish trademark and patent attorney. Leads investment structuring, real-estate, IP, and citizenship-by-investment engagements.
Legal Counsel
Legal Counsel to Turchina Group's clients on the Turkish leg of their engagements. Galatasaray University law graduate and a registered member of the Istanbul Bar Association (registration number 58270). Kaan acts in his individual professional capacity as a Turkish lawyer; Turchina Group itself is an advisory firm, not a law firm. He handles contract review, real-estate due diligence, regulatory liaison, and dispute coordination, and selects the appropriate Turkish counsel for each case.
