Kaan Karanfiloğlu

Kaan Karanfiloğlu is the Turkish legal counsel that Turchina Group's Chinese clients rely on. He is a registered lawyer at the Istanbul Bar Association (Sicil No. 58270) and a graduate of Galatasaray University, one of Turkey's most selective law schools, taught in French and Turkish, with a curriculum that emphasises comparative civil law and European Union directives.

His practice sits at the intersection of Turkish real-estate law, foreigners' law (yabancılar hukuku), and cross-border commercial matters. Over years of practice in Istanbul he has represented foreign buyers on residential and commercial property acquisitions, foreign investors on Turkish citizenship-by-investment files, and Chinese-owned Turkish companies on employment, supplier, and dispute matters. He is one of the small number of Istanbul lawyers who have built durable working relationships with Mandarin-speaking Chinese clients over multi-year engagements.

Under Turkish law only Bar-registered lawyers can advertise legal services, sign court filings, and appear before tribunals. Kaan performs all such work in his individual professional capacity as a licensed Turkish lawyer. Turchina Group itself does not provide legal services; it provides advisory and project coordination, and directs the client to Kaan or to another appropriate Turkish lawyer when the specific matter requires regulated legal work. This separation is deliberate and consistent with Turkish Bar Association rules.
